On the hunt for their first win of the season, the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys’ basketball team (0-4 overall; 0-3 conference) welcomes the Tipton Tigers (3-1 overall; 2-1 conference) to Tim Grady Gymnasium for a River Valley Conference battle.

Mid-Prairie heads into the conference clash off a 48-43 loss at West Liberty Friday. Junior Noah Faselt scored a team-high 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the setback. Tipton enters the game off of a 80-51 victory over Wyoming Saturday.

The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks swept the series with Tipton last season, including a 54-52 victory in Wellman.
