How are you going to afford college? Next week a financial aid for college presentation will be held at the Washington High School for students and their parents. The Iowa College Access Network will make the presentation Tuesday and will cover the financial aid process, FAFSA application review, understanding costs of colleges and how to compare them, the scholarship process, and where to go for further help.
According to U.S. Senator Charles Grassley, the average student who borrows graduates college today with about $30,000 in debt burden.
The financial aid presentation will be held Tuesday (12/9) at 6 p.m. at the Washington High School. For more information contact the high school counseling office at 653-4245.
