A plane that took off from Washington Municipal Airport yesterday afternoon has crashed in Ohio, killing all three people on board. The crash happened in Paulding County, Ohio, at 10:58 p.m. The pilot and two passengers were killed on their way to Findlay, Ohio. According to the Federal Aviation Adminstration radar lost contact with the aircraft at 5,000 feet. The plane was registered to Orthopedic Aviation Services LLC out of Middletown, Delaware. The accident remains under investigation and names of those involved have not been released. KCII News will bring you more information as it becomes official.
