The third and final reading of a resolution adding Chapter 157 Property Maintenance Code to the City of Washington’s code of ordinances will be held tonight. The chapter concerns all residential properties in the city. Also, the first reading of an ordinance adding Chapter 147 Rental Housing Regulatory and Inspection Program will be held tonight. Rental registration and inspection fees will be considered prior to the reading.

The council will also consider an application for grant funds for the YMCA soccer fields, establishing a new Wellness Park development fund, and a water engineering task order for a reverse osmosis pilot study. Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
