The Washington County Public Health Department’s WIC clinic, or Women Infants and Children clinic, is relocating this week due to the air conditioner breaking in the former library building. The WIC clinics scheduled for today and Thursday will be held on the 5th floor of Federation Bank at 102 East Main Street, there is elevator access and scheduled appointments will remain the same. Also, immunizations will be held on the third floor in the Public Health office.

According to City Administrator Brent Hinson, the estimated cost to repair the air handler unit is $12,500. The air handler that broke was from the 1960s.
