The results of the City of Riverside’s audit will be released in the next month. According to the State Auditor’s Office the information will be released prior to March 31st.

The City Council’s decision to get the full financial audit followed a special investigation into Riverside’s flexible spending account that found questionable disbursements. That investigation was requested by City Administrator Rusty Rogerson shortly after taking the position. The disbursements in question occurred between July of 2006 and December of 2012, and amount to around $60,000.
