Celebration of life services for 55-year-old Ruth Ann Kelly will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday (2/15) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at noon Friday (2/14) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
