The Columbus Junction girl’s basketball team had a rough start in the first half of the season, only winning their first game of the season over West Liberty.

The Wildcat girls will open up the second half of the season against WACO, who won their last two games before break against Keota and Lone Tree.

The Wildcats then move on to face a struggling Lone Tree team on January 7th before playing a tough set of four games against WMU on January 10th, Mediapolis on January 14th, Highland January 17th and Pekin January 21st. All four teams are in the top three after the first half of the season, with Pekin and WMU tied for second.

The Columbus Junction girls start their season off again on January 3rd against WACO.
