The Health Insurance Marketplace website, HealthCare.gov is currently unavailable from midnight to 4 a.m. Central time while improvements are being made. Senator Charles Grassley states that he believes the problems with the website are symptoms of bigger problem. He does advise Iowans to use the website and to look into the possiblity of Medicaid.
