An early Sunday morning wreck on 218 sent one subject by ambulance to the University of Iowa Hospitals. At approximately 1 a.m. yesterday morning, a one vehicle accident was reported on Highway 218 near Crawforsdville. The vehicle was on its top in the median. The driver of the vehicle was Lucas Theodore Beach of Ft. Madison.

Washington County Sheriff’s personnel, Washington Rescue, Crawfordsville QRS and Crawfordsville Fire responded to the scene.
