After 2 months with only four voting members on the Washington County Board of Supervisors, there are now five. Richard Young took the oath of office and became a voting member of the board yesterday morning. The seat had been vacated in August when former chairman Ron Bennett resigned for health reasons. Young will fill the remaining one year of the term.
