Authorities executed a search warrant in Wellman yesterday and arrested two people. Thirty-five-year-old Lori Jean Oberg of Wellman was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; also, 36-year-old Lawrence Joseph Oberg of Wellman was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was executed at 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of 2nd Street in Wellman.
