Celebration of life services for 81-year-old Betty J. Fenn of Washington will be held at 10am on Saturday, September 7th at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Visitation will begin noon Friday at the funeral home, with friends receiving family from 4:30 until 6:30.  A general memorial has been established.
