New additions to the Louisa County fairgrounds will be celebrated tomorrow. The Youth Center and Campground Dedication begins at 4:30 at the fairgrounds with a social hour, followed by speeches and ending with a steak supper. One of the speeches will come from Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey.

Bob Schlutz, chair of the project fundraising committee, says they’ve raised over $600,000 in donations and grants since starting the campaign last fall.
