A group that investigated claims of supernatural activity at the cemetery in Kalona will head back for further inspection. The Southeast Iowa Paranormal Society’s request to spend the night at Sharon Hill Cemetery was approved by the Kalona City Council at their meeting on Monday. The group is attempting to prove or disprove claims that the cemetery is haunted. The group will spend the night next Saturday.
