Following his second degree murder conviction, a Fairfield man awaits his sentence in Jefferson County Jail. Tuesday night, the jury found 33-year-old Tyler James Webster guilty of killing 32-year-old Buddy Lee Frisbie on August 25^th of last year. Webster will have to serve 70% of a mandatory 50 year prison term, and pay at least $150,000 to the family of the victim. According to Jefferson County Attorney Timothy Dille, Webster’s sentencing date has been set for May 28th.
