Iowa’s winter energy service protection program that began in November ends next week. The Iowa Utilities Board is reminding those protected from disconnection under Iowa’s winter moratorium law that the moratorium ends on Monday. Meaning customers could be subject to disconnection for unpaid bills beginning Tuesday.
