A former member is returning to the Mid-Prairie Board of Education.At Monday’s meeting, the board selected Jeremy Pickard to fill the opening left by Randy Billups’ resignation earlier this month. He’ll serve until this fall’s election. According to Superintendent Mark Schneider, Pickard has previously served on the school board.
