The trial of a man accused of sexually assaulting a fellow inmate in Washington County Jail will begin as scheduled. Washington County Attorney Larry Brock says 42-year-old Rudolph Edwards’ trial is expected to begin on Tuesday, January 15th and last three days. At a pretrial hearing last week the judge decided not to use one of two interrogations. The defense had filed a motion to suppress the interrogation, but Brock says the county wasn’t planning on using it anyway.
