Work on the roof at Iowa Mennonite School is nearly complete. According to Director of Development, Larry Swartzendruber, the projects just about done, but they are still accepting contributions.
The school is attempting to pay for the project solely through donations. They’ve raised $35,000 out of the $64,000 needed.
He adds the Operating Board at IMS is offering a salmon dinner to anyone who contributes $400 or more. So far 100 families are planning to attend the dinner.
