The Washington City Council is considering ordinance changes as part of a special session tonight.The first change will deal with making the intersection of South 12th Avenue and East Taylor Street a four-way stop. The second change is for the drop-off lane at the Washington Junior High School and a no parking zone during school hours.
The Council will hold discussion regarding a parking space on East 3rd Street near North 2nd Avenue. They will review the animal protection and control ordinance as well.
This special City Council meeting begins at 6:00 tonight in the upstairs meeting room of the Washington Public Library.
