Washington County 4-H members attended the 2012 state 4-H Youth Conference recently and received two challenges.  Amy Green, 4-H/Youth Coordinator says those two challenges were to offer ideas for a brighter world and take action daily to make the change they want to see.

Green says the eight youth from Washington County were part of nearly 1000 at the three-day event filled with educational sessions, key note speakers, games, dances and community service.

She adds this conference also provides numerous chances to make connections and friendships with other 4-H’ers from across the state.
