The City of Wellman held a work session on Tuesday.
The focus of the session was a discussion on water line replacement and sewer line repair on 8th Avenue. The City Council decided to repair the sewer line and decided to hold off on the two water main replacements.
According to City Administrator Nick Pacha the expense for replacing those lines is high and they will take competitive bids this fall.
