Stanwood, IA – Mid Prairie swept a double-duel last night at North Cedar, outscoring the Knights 45-30 and squeaking out an impressive victory over Durant 42-39.
Kendall Bontrager and Phirom Peterschmidt each won their matches against North Cedar with pins at the 132 and 145 pound class, respectively, and Omar Rivera picked up a 12-6 decision at 220.
Against Durant, the Golden Hawks got pins in the lower weights from Jared Draper at 120 and Jayse Horning at 126. Logan Wadsworth won by fall at 170 and Nearoth Peterschmidt did the same at 195.
