A Washington Demon is taking part in the Iowa Baseball Coaches Association’s All-Star Series. It is being held in Council Bluffs and features games between the Small Schools East, Small Schools West, Large Schools East, and Large Schools West squads. Washington Senior Brad Weatherman was selected to the Small Schools East Squad. Weatherman finished this past season with a 400 average, 7 home runs, 36 rbi’s and as a pitcher had a 4.23 era, struck out 41 and walked 25. Demon Head Coach Nathan Miller is also taking part serving as an assistant coach on the Small Schools East squad. The series wraps up Sunday.
