Funeral Services for 44 year old Bill Hobbs will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, (1/14) at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the West Chester Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday (1/13) at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for Bill’s children’s education.
