The Washington Demon softball team is taking part in the Fairfield Invitational tournament. Yesterday the Demons beat West Burlington 3-1. The Demons will next take on Wilton who beat Van Buren 9-0. The winner of that game will play the winner Fairfield and Davis County. Fairfield beat Winfield-Mount Union 13-1, while Davis County beat New London 3-2.
