Funeral services for 52 year old Edward Joseph Roskup of Wellman are 10:30 am Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery on Tuesday.  Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Monday at the Powell funeral Home.  A general memorial fund has been established.
