Iowa’s Lieutenant Governor says the state’s I-JOBS initiative is one critical component to job creation. Patty Judge says many of the bonding program’s perceived faults come from confusion with the federal stimulus package. Judge says money to support renewable energy research and development, early childhood education and vocational training at community colleges are other key aspects in providing Iowans with employment opportunities. Judge spoke during a stop at Washington based Powercom Motor Controls during the “Moving Iowa Forward Tour.”
