The basement of the old JC Penny in Washington will again be a nightlife spot. Michael and Angela Jacobson are opening “The 207” this weekend. They hope to provide more of a “big city” atmosphere, along with live entertainment. City councilors approved the liquor license for “The 207” at this week’s meeting. The establishment is expected to open Friday night.
