The Washington County Conservation Board will be hosting “Wild Week” during the holiday break. From December 27-31, the Conservation Education Center will be open for families and friends to stop in and participate in a variety of activities centering on Marr Park’s wildlife. Washington County Conservation Board Naturalist Pam Holz says this is an alternative for people to get out of the house and learn about native wildlife. If the weather becomes unpredictable, Wild Week will allow a safe and warm way to connect to the natural world. For more information, contact Pam Holz at the Conservation Center at 319-657-2400
