The City of Washington’s fall clean up starts Monday. Loose materials need to be boxed, bagged or placed in a normal container. Wood and metal scraps need to be no longer than four feet. Appliances such as washers, refrigerators and microwaves will be taken. They need to have a sticker attached to them. They can be purchased at city hall for 15 dollars. Hazardous materials such as chemicals, waste oil and batteries will not be taken. All items for the fall clean up need be out by six am Monday. Click on the image below for a full list of rules.
