Congressman Dave Loebsack will be putting a new spin on the town hall style meeting. The second district democrat will be holding a telephone town hall meeting with residents able to call in and discuss issues with him and others. Loebsack has hosted sixteen town hall meetings in person, greeting nearly 3000 Iowans. Residents wishing to participate in the call can sign up by visiting loebsack.house.gov.
