This (9/18) is the last day of operation for the Washington Public Library’s current facility. It’s moving to the new building this weekend. Library Director Patrick Finney they’ll close the library tonight (9/18) and have a ceremonial parade to the new building. The move is happening over the weekend. Finney says the staff will organize everything and open at the new facility on September 28.
