Loebsack will be at the Blair House from 4:00 to 5:30 for a meet and greet. The event is being organized by the Washington County Democratic Party. Loebsack is in his second term in the U.S. House. He’s serves Iowa’s second district which includes fifteen counties in the southeast part of the state.
