Rubio is hosting a pancake breakfast fundraiser Saturday, May 11th from 7-10a.m. at the Rubio Community Building. Menu includes biscuits and gravy, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, milk, coffee and juice for a free will donation. Proceeds will be used for maintenance to the histrocial train depot building.
