The Washington Public Library is hosting Recycled Runway on Monday, February 24 @ 4:00. Teens 6th-12th are challenged to design a piece of clothing out of recycled material. Grab and friend or two and join in on the fun! The finished look will be modeled in the Fall Fashion Week, fashion show! No Registration Required!
