Highland Fine Arts is hosting a chili cook-off Saturday, January 31st at Riverside VFW Post 6414. All are welcome to enter to free cook off. Cost to eat is a free will donation. Menu includes chili, condiments, sides and desserts. Bingo will begin at 6p.m. At $1 per card.
