The Winning Hands employee volunteer program at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort is hosting an Adopt A Pet Event Saturday, May 11th from noon to 3p.m. Shelters participating include PAWS and More Animal Shelte rin Washington, Last Hope Animal Rescue, Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center, Safely Sheltered Animal Rescue and Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control.
