An organization that helps Washington County’s charitable programs has hired a new leader.  Millie Youngquist was hired the first of the month as the new Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Washington County.  She says one of her new roles will be to connect people who care with causes that matter.

The Community Foundation of Washington County works with many individuals, families, businesses and organizations to establish and grow endowment funds that provide support to charitable causes.

Youngquist recently retired after a 36 year teaching career, most recently at WACO Community Schools and is a native of Washington.
