
The 2026 Iowa High School Boys State Golf Championships will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, May 26th and 27th. The High School Girls State Golf Championships will be held May 28th and 29th.
Area boys teams that will be represented at state include the Hillcrest Academy Ravens in class 1A with Rowan Miller.
Representing the Sigourney Savages are Chase Clarahan, Landon Conrad, Ike Molyneux, Jordan Tremmel, Josh Wyatt, and Solon Yates.
The Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves are sending Grant Anderson, Max Edwards, Konner Kinneberg, Justin Knipfer, Cody Milks, and Nicholas Sparrow. T
he class 1A boys championships will be played at Westwood Golf Course in Newton.
Area girls teams heading to the state championship include class 2A Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks with Morgyn Bender, Delani Blum, Paiton Chittick, Macie Ihrig, Noelle Nelson, and Olivia Swartzendruber.
The class 2A competition will be taking place at the American Legion Course in Marshalltown.
Two teams will be represented in the class 1A girls competition with the Highland Huskies, Kenzie Davis, Cassidy Duster, Autumn Guseman, Adisyn Prottsman, Joslyn Prottsman, and Emersyn Schultz.
The Hillcrest Academy Ravens are sending Claire Withrow.
The class 1A girls championships will be held at Cedar Pointe Golf Course in Boone.
