Washington County Clover Kids have opportunities to learn more about the sheep, goat, rabbit, bucket bottle, and clothing projects through special mentoring programs with Washington County 4-H members. This program is for students in kindergarten through third grade.

Interested Clover Kids will be paired up with 4-Hers who have experience in those project areas. Clover Kids can sign up by June 1st by contacting the Washington County Extension Office. The sheep and bucket bottle mentoring is open to Clover Kids in third grade. The poultry, rabbit, and goat categories are open to second-graders and third-graders, and the clothing event is open to all Clover Kids.

Experienced 4-H rabbit, goat, sheep, and clothing mentors are needed for these Clover Kid events to be successful. 4-H members should consider sharing their expertise and time in mentoring a younger member.
