Washington girls’ golf placed seventh at the Lady Spartan Golf Invite at Saddleback Ridge Golf Course in Solon on Tuesday.

The Demons shot a 394, putting them seventh in a field of nine. Adalyn Long cracked the top ten, finishing ninth with an 86. Lucy Sands scored a 94, taking the second spot. Cecelia Mitchell and Ashlynn Long contributed to the team score as well at 105 and 109 respectively. Elizabeth Hora and Sydney Stouder shot a 110 and 112.

Benton were the overall champions at 339, with junior Halle Sobaski also claiming the individual championship for the Bobcats at 74.
