The City of Washington has set up a Christmas tree drop-off area on the southeast corner of Central Park. It is available through Friday, January 12th. Residents can put their trees on the street corners opposite of fire hydrants to be picked up from January 2 through January 12th. Please remove all ornaments from the trees and do not put artificial trees in the drop-off areas. Residents can also haul their trees out to the Wastewater Treatment Plant brush pile site located at 1065 West Buchanan St.
