Washington, Mid-Prairie, Hillcrest Academy, Highland, Sigourney, WACO, and Winfield-Mt. Union will all be represented at the state cross country meet this weekend. The state meet for boys and girls will be held at Fort Dodge this Saturday. Washington High School’s Lance Sobaski advanced as an individual. Mid-Prairie is again sending their girls’ team to the state race, and the Golden Hawk boys team is sending Jamison Stutzman and Nathan Wallington as individuals. Hillcrest Academy will be represented by Leah Bontrager. Also, competing are Madison Thomann from Highland, Brody Barton from Winfield-Mt. Union, Jonah Egli from WACO, and Mason Moore from Sigourney.
