The Lone Tree boys’ basketball team enters Southeast Iowa Superconference’s North/South Shootout this coming Friday as the sixth seed in the North division.  The North is hosting the shootout this year, and Lone Tree’s even-numbered seed means that they’ll play host to both the sixth and seventh-seed games.The first of two games at Lone Tree will be Holy Trinity taking on Louisa-Muscatine.  After that, the Lions will take their home court against the Warriors of Van Buren.  The Lone Tree and Van Buren boys’ basketball programs have not played each other in over a decade.
