The six candidates on the ballot in November for Washington City Council will speak tomorrow at a public forum. The Washington Chamber of Commerce is hosting the forum beginning at 6 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church. In Ward 1, incumbent Bob Shepherd is running against Kerry Janecek. There are three candidates vying for the open At-Large seat, including Gerald Franzen, Richard Gilmore and Millie Youngquist. Brendan DeLong is running unopposed for the Ward 3 seat. Ballots are now available at the Washington County Auditor’s Office for early voting.
