Highland and Columbus Junction wrestling went to the Willard Howell wrestling meet this weekend, and each had good showings.
The Huskies had champions at 106 with Drew West, beating Columbus’s Josh Keller, Bryce West won at 113, and Travis Cole won at 138.
Columbus also had champions and other runner-ups, with Austin Edwards winning at 145 and Mark Ramirez winning at 195, and Tucker Morrison at 170 and Zac Howell at 160 were both runner-ups.
Wilton won the meet with 190 points, while the Wildcats were third with 142 and Highland was sixth with 91.5.
