A Celebration of life for 73-year-old Sandra D. Custer will be Sunday, May 24th at 10a.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Family visitation will be from 4-6p.m. Saturday, May 23rd at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Memorials may be designated to Hospice of Washington County.
