The Lone Tree Lions have concluded their 2026 boys golf season after finishing sixth at its 1A Sectional meet at Little Bear Country Club in Wyoming.

The Lions shot a 363, 12 strokes back from third place and final qualifier Easton Valley. John Daufeldt led the Lions with a 13-over 85 on the par 72 course. Owen Eden shot an 89. Carter Schott and Cade Willoz shot a 94 and 99 respectively. Dallas Grimm and Easton Ronan brought home a 107 and 110.

Lone Tree concludes its season, as the top three teams advance to the next round. For the Lions’ sectional, that would be East Marshall, Marquette Catholic, and Easton Valley.
